Our Mission

The Indigenous Athletic Development Circle (IADC) empowers Indigenous athletes through elite training, academic mentorship, and cultural teachings. We support First Nations, Métis, and Inuit youth with resources, mentorship, and community connection. Join us in achieving success on and off the field.

At IADC, our programs are designed to support the whole athlete—body, mind, and spirit.

Athletic Training

  • Skill-specific development camps for athletes in all sports.

  • On-field, on-ice, and off-field training with expert coaches.

  • Strength, conditioning, and nutrition support tailored to every athlete.

Academic support

Academic Mentorship

  • Tutoring and study support tailored for athletes.

  • Guidance in balancing academics with sports commitments.

  • Tools for building confidence in and out of the classroom.

Cultural support

Cultural Support

  • Teachings rooted in Indigenous knowledge and traditions.

  • Language support (Cree, Mohawk, Ojibwe, and more).

  • Leadership training through the Seven Grandfather Teachings.
